Rubicon was established by, Hangwanu Nengovhela, in 2002. She wanted to create a women’s wear range that had a distinctive, ethnic-chic look to it. She is a self-taught designer who’s worked to capture the essence and elegance of the female figure with her diverse talent and is well known for her classic lines and timeless elegance. Her garments are seen regularly on discerning celebrities and shows on SABC 2.
